You will visit the Headquarter of NLF (National liberation front of south Vietnam during Vietnam War) by US Army’s Jeep. This can be an unforgettable trip of discovery the amazing Cu Chi Tunnels – the underground world built by simple tools & even bare hands during wartime and meet a local veggie expert at optional lunch.

4:00 PM departure (length of tour: 2 hours)

Your army Jeep and guide will meet at hotel and take a drive for 2 hours to Cu Chi Tunnels. Upon arrival, you will watch a short introductory video about land, people of Cu Chi during the war. This gives you the answers for many questions not only about Cu Chi but Vietnam in general. Visit various mantraps, the remains of an American tank and numerous bomb craters; you even can explore the tunnels by yourself to have the feeling of living underground. (if you like to try out war-era guns, check it out at shooting range at own expense).

Optional: Leaving Cu Chi Tunnels, you will visit Mr. Mushroom’s farm & restaurant. Mr. Mushroom is a chef, vegetation, traditional medicine and mushroom expert. Take a visit to the farm, get to know more about how local people use herbs and vegetables for both: food and medicine. After the farm tour, enjoy your meal with fresh ingredients picked from his farm.

Jump on the Jeep get back to city, trip ends at your hotel.
